YGL-R Series Full Hydraulic GSHPs Drilling Rig
I. Application
YGL-R series GSHPs drilling rig, one kind of full hydraulic multi-functional crawler drilling rig, is a new type of series GSHPs drilling rig designed and manufactured by WUXI JINFAN DRILLING EQUIPMENT CO,. LTD.
This Model of drilling rig is adapted for many different drilling techniques and methods, such as: dry auger boring, DTH hammering drill, mud circulating drill, different liquid reverse circulating drilling and so on. It can be well applied in different ground situations and complex drill condition and resolve the problems when boring in loose mantle ground, gravel area, fragmented stratum. Presently, it is already widely applied in boring GSHPs holes; water well; drain hole and prestressed anchor hole in side slopes of the power bam, railway, highway, and so on; holes of pipe shed in underground construction; and also the reinforced grouting hole.

II. Feature
1. The YGL-R series is one kind of top drive power head type drilling rig which driven by full hydraulic power system. The hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors and quick links of the drilling rig are all selected from international famous products, and other main parts comes from internal better products. Thus, the performance of the machine will be stable, creditable and long life.
2. The structure of the drilling rig is loading on the whole track chassis (or special second cartwheel chassis). Machine moving, hole position directing can be more convenient and faster that saves more assistant time of moving from one hole to another hole positions when drilling in one work area.
3. There are two levels (high speed or low speed) of rotary speed output. The rotary speed can be stepless adjusted in rating speed range of each level in order to be suitable for a variety of boring methods and techniques, such as rotary drilling, impact boring (Down-the-hole Hammer drilling), impact and rotary drilling, auger drilling and so on.
4. YGL-R can be widely applied in different stratums, like the 4th series loose ground, gravel area, basic rock stratum, etc.
5. The drilling rig involves the hydraulic wrench and clamp device, which makes clamping and loosing rod easy, convenient and dependable and enormously reduces the assistant work of the operators during the drill work.
6. Complete functions, well distribution, and also the high intensity of parts and accessories make the equipments have good stability, easy servicing and maintaining, and excellent wearability.
7. The construction of whole rig is applied as the blocking design which makes it possible for customers to have a special requirement such as installing a remote moving control device, several emergency stop switches and so on. |
