Applications The YDX-200L \ 300L surface rock core drilling rig is a fully hydraulic driven power head drilling rig, mainly used for diamond drilling in the exploration of metallic and non-metallic solid deposits. It can also be used for alloy drilling. Vertical and inclined holes can be drilled. It can also be used for exploration of hydrology/oil and gas fields, as well as drilling for engineering such as dam grouting and tunnel ventilation and drainage.
Main features ● The drilling rig has a high rotational speed and a reasonable range of rotational speeds, with multiple stages of rotational speed and large low-speed torque, suitable for small diameter diamond core drilling, as well as meeting the requirements of large diameter hard alloy core drilling and various engineering drilling.
● The drilling rig has a large stroke, which is beneficial for reducing the number of rod reversals, preventing core blockage, and improving productivity.
● The drilling rig has a simple structure, light weight, good detachablity, and is easy to relocate.
● The drilling operation is centralized, simple and convenient, with flexible and reliable operation, greatly reducing labor intensity.
● When drilling inclined holes, the drilling rig does not require an additional inclined tower and can lift two drill rods at once.
● The drilling rig is easy and fast to move and install, without the need to assemble a dedicated drilling tower, greatly reducing preparation time.
● There are various forms of drilling rig loading, including skid mounted, tracked, and trailer mounted, and users can flexibly choose according to their actual needs.
